Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is a diagnostic and technique that is used to analyze motors. As a preventative maintenance tool, MCSA can be used to perform a one-time test or periodic testing to track and trend motor performance. MCSA allows for remote, non-intrusive testing of the equipment being monitored.</p>

<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong><br />
The use of conveyors in material handling has been around since the early 20th century and can be known as the back bone of material handling. Belt conveyors range in length from a few feet to several miles. They carry everything from small packages to thousands of tons of bulk material per hour. A belt conveyor can unload a barge load of coal and deliver predetermined amounts to several, one hundred feet high silos, a thousand yards away in minutes. Another belt conveyor will precisely meter variable amounts of the coal to a boiler.<br />
With their long history, conveyors are easier known as a piece of equipment that moves material from one place to another and are especially useful when applications call for the transportation of heavy or bulky material. Conveyor systems also allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials at all shapes and sizes.<br />
This class is developed for companies who not only want a highly skilled workforce but also want to experience the full benefits of improved conveyor performance. After the completion of this training, the participant should be able to understand the terminology, selection, safety, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting the problems of conveyor.</p>

<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong><br />
Partial Discharge (PD), as its name would suggest, is an electrical discharge that occurs across a portion of the insulation between two conducting electrodes, without completely bridging the gap. PD’s are caused when there is a discontinuity in the insulation system and as a general ‘rule-of-thumb’ PD will occur in systems operating at voltages of 3000V and above (although it should be noted that PD can occur at lower voltages than this). Partial discharges can occur in voids in solid insulation (paper, polymer etc), along the interfaces of multi-layer solid insulation systems, in gas bubbles in liquid insulation or around an electrode in a gas (corona discharge). Partial Discharge activity can initiate under normal working conditions in high voltage equipment where the insulation condition has deteriorated with age, has been aged prematurely by thermal or electrical over-stressing or due to improper installation (this leads to ‘infant mortality’). PD can often be observed with the commissioning of new equipment due to improper installation, poor design and/or workmanship (this is seen particularly in cable joints and terminations which are made-up on site). It is known that poor workmanship can lead to ‘infant mortality’ of MV/HV networks with a disproportionate percentage of insulation failures being observed within the first 1-3 years of service compared to the rest of the service life of the cables/plant</p>

<p><strong>Deskripsi</strong><br />
Pengujian Batubara pada umumnya mengacu pada standar ASTM (American Socienty for Testing and Material). Pengujian batubara terdiri dari dua hal yaitu persiapan sampel sampai sampel siap dianalisis dan pengujian parameter dari karakteristik Batubara.<br />
Sampel batubara tersebut harus diuji dan dianalisa untuk mengetahui kualitasnya. Analisa dan uji tersebut menjadi sangat penting karena tidak semua konsumen meminta kualitas batubara yang sama, sebab untuk kegunaan yang berbeda kualitas batubara berbeda juga.<br />
Secara umum penentuan kualitas batubara untuk Analisis Batubara meliputi : Analisis Proksimat (kadar air, abu, zat terbang dan karbon padat), Analisis Ultimat, (kadar karbon, hidrogen, sulfur dan oksigen), Nilai kalor, komposisi abu batubara dan titik leleh abu batubara. Sedangkan untuk Pengujian Batubara terdiri dari : TGS (true specific gravity), HGI (hardgrove grindability index), FSI (Free swelling index) dan Gray king Assay (sifat kokas).</p>

Alat berat adalah segala macam peralatan/pesawat mekanis termasuk attachment &amp; implementnya baik yang bergerak dengan tenaga sendiri (self propelled) atau ditarik (towed-type) maupun yang diam ditempat (stationer) dan mempunyai daya lebih dari satu kilo-watt, yang dipakai untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan kontruksi pertambangan, industri umum, pertanian/kehutanan dan/atau bidang-bidang pekerjaan lainnya, sepanjang tidak merupakan alat processing langsung. Dalam pengoperasian alat berat banyak hal dan aspek yang harus diperhatikan, mulai dari ketrampilan dan skill operator, prosedur pengoperasian alat, aspek keselamatan kerja (K3) dan aspek perawatan dan troubleshooting. Alat berat ini merupakan peralatan teknik yang mengandung resiko bahaya tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja bilamana tidak ditangani secara baik dan benar.<br />
Dengan semakin meningkatnya penggunaan alat berat (Excavator, Loader, Buldozer, Dumptruck, Trailer, Side Boom, dll) di bidang industri dan jasa, dimana pesawat angkat &amp; angkut /ALAT BERAT dapat juga menyebabkan kecelakaan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian baik terhadap harta maupun jiwa manusia, maka perlu diusahakan pencegahan. Untuk mencegah kecelakaan perlu suatu kualifikasi dan syarat-syarat bagi operator ALAT BERAT sesuai dengan :<br />
1.Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja R.I. No. PER.05/MEN/1985 tentang pesawat angkat dan angkut;<br />
2.Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja &amp; Transmigrasi R.I. No. PER. 09/MEN/VII/2010 tentang operator dan petugas pesawat angkat dan angkut;<br />
3.Undang-Undang No.1 Thn 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja;<br />
4.Surat keputusan Dirjen Pembinaan Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan RI No. KEP . 66/DJPPK/PJK3/III/2015 tentang penunjukan PT. Centra Gama Indovisi sebagai Perusahaan Jasa K3 (penyedia jasa pembinaan/pelatihan sertifikasi DepnakertranS RI )<br />
Pelatihan K3 Operator Alat Berat dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional perusahaan menuju produktivitas dan efisiensi untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Dalam rangka penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3), diperlukan operator-operator alat-alat Berat yang memiliki kualifikasi sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh peraturan perundangan. Keberadaan operator yang kompeten, akan dapat meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan selama mengoperasikan peralatan-peralatan tersebut.<br />
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut BEXCELLENT – PT. BEXCELLENT MITRA CEMERLANG sebagai perusahaan PJK3 yang ditunjuk oleh KEMNAKER RI akan mengadakan “Pelatihan Operator K3 Alat Berat / Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut (Excavator, Loader, Buldozer, Dumptruck, Trailer, Side Boom, dll)”.</p>

Trafo sebagai peralatan tegangan tinggi tidak lepas dari kemungkinan mengalami kondisi abnormal, dimana pemicunya dapat berasal dari internal maupun external trafo. Ketidaknormalan ini akan menimbulkan dampak terhadap kinerja trafo. Secara umum, dampak/akibat ini dapat berupa overheat, corona dan arcing.<br />
Salah satu metoda untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya ketidaknormalan pada trafo adalah dengan mengetahui dampak dari ketidaknormalan trafo itu sendiri. Untuk mengetahui dampak ketidaknormalan pada trafo digunakan metoda DGA (Dissolved gas analysis). DGA adalah proses untuk menghitung kadar/nilai dari gas-gas hidrokarbon yang terbentuk akibat ketidaknormalan. Dari komposisi kadar/nilai gas-gas itulah dapat diprediksi dampak-dampak ketidaknormalan apa yang ada di dalam trafo, apakah overheat, arcing atau corona.</p>

<p><strong>Deskripsi</strong><br />
Pelaksanaan pekerjaan mekanik mempunyai peranan penting dalam bidang otomatisasi industri, seperti: pencekaman, penggeseran, pengaturan posisi dan arah benda kerja. Kebutuhan sensor dan prosesor berkembang sejalan dengan kebutuhan penggerak yang membantu operasi kerja yang dikontrol dengan menggunakan sensor untuk mengukur keadaan dan kondisi mesin. Sistem kontrol menggunakan komponen hidrolik sebagai solusi alternatif untuk media kontrol yang memanfaatkan fluida cair bertekanan.</p>
<p><strong>Tujuan</strong><br />
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan electro hydraulic ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:<br />
•Memahami konsep dasar hidrolik dan menjelaskan komponen hidrolik serta fungsinya<br />
•Menjelaskan dan merancang kontrol hidrolik pada gerak mekanisme dengan pengontrolan tekanan, pengontrolan gerakan, dan aplikasinya<br />
•Menghitung tekanan dan debit pompa, dan tekanan dan gaya pada silinder, serta menggunakan diagram<br />
•Menjelaskan dan merancang kontrol elektro hidrolik pada gerak mekanisme dan aplikasinya.<br />
•Memahami inspeksi sistem hidrolik dan permasalahan serta penanganannya.</p>
<p><strong>Materi</strong><br />
1.Konsep dasar hidrolik<br />
•Penggunaan kontrol hidrolik, fluida hidrolik, perawatan oli hidrolik, sumber tekanan (pompa).<br />
2.Komponen hidrolik<br />
•Katup kontrol arah aliran dan posisi, katup kontrol tekanan, katup kontrol aliran (masing masing simbol standar dan fungsi), alat penggerak, mekanisme pengontrol, peralatan pendukung.<br />
3.Kontrol hidrolik<br />
•Kontrol tekanan kerja aliran, kontrol penghambat aliran, kontrol gerakan silinder tunggal dan ganda, kontrol aliran satu arah dan dua arah, kontrol gerakan putar, kontrol gerakan kejut dengan akumulator, aplikasi, dan praktek.<br />
4.Perhitungan tekanan, debit, dan gaya<br />
•Perhitungan tekanan dan debit pompa, perhitungan tekanan dan gaya silinder, penggunaan diagram (tekanan-debit-daya, diagram volume-debit pompa-waktu, diagram volume oli-diameter silinder-panjang langkah, diagram debit-kecepatan-ukuran pipa, diagram tekanan-diameter silinder-debit).<br />
5.Kontrol elektro hidrolik<br />
•Prinsip sistem listrik dengan hidrolik, perancangan kontrol elektro hidrolik, aplikasi, dan praktek.<br />
6.Inspeksi sistem hidrolik<br />
•Inspeksi sebelum operasi sistem hidrolik, permasalahan dan penanganan.</p>

<p><strong>Deskripsi</strong><br />
Pengontrolan motor adalah pengaturan atau pengendalian motor mulai dari pengoperasian hingga motor itu berhenti. Sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang memicu perkembangan industri, cara atau sistem pengontrolan itu terus berkembang. Dalam mengoperasikan motor listrik, agar dapat berfungsi andal dan terhindar dari gangguan dan kerusakan, dan terjamin keselamatan terhadap bahaya sengatan listrik, maka setiap instalasi motor-motor listrik perlu dikontrol setiap saat.</p>
